Sustainably Healthy 1:1 Coaching is tailor-made for those who, like me, have battled the all-or-nothing mindset in your nutrition journey, explored numerous weight loss strategies, yet struggled to maintain consistency and commitment.
This program is dedicated to individuals who aspire to find that sweet spot between health and happiness, where restrictive measures are no longer necessary to reach your goals of looking and feeling healthier than ever.
I'm here to guide you on a path where you'll break free from food obsession, lose fat and build muscle in a healthy way (mentally and physically), and sustain your results long-term, and eventually get to a point where the scale no longer matters because you realize that your health encompasses so much more than just a number and guide you toward becoming confident, strong, and Sustainably Healthy year round.
In order to set and achieve your body composition goals and have the ability and knowledge to sustain your results long term, you need a comprehensive and actionable process that doesn't involve restriction or overwhelm. Thats why I created my 3 phase process that provides you with the tools, mindset work, and expert advice you need.
We'll support your metabolism by fueling your body properly with the right
combination and amount of food for your individual needs.
Fat loss and fat gain are purely determined by your metabolism. By eating in a way to support metabolic health, we can ensure that you drop fat consistently and sustainably throughout the process.
I'll also help you overcome the all-or-nothing mindset with simple techniques and prompts that you can use on a daily basis to avoid self-sabotage and constantly starting over.
Now that you're mindset and metabolism is properly restored and you've incorporated the Sustainable Seven in to your daily routine, you're ready for a sustainable fat loss phase. Because you did the work on the front end, you will see faster results without having to restrict yourself from your favorite foods, vacations or events.
I'll guide you through a calorie deficit to help you achieve the body composition you desire while avoiding any fear of setbacks or falling off because I'll be there to ensure you have the support and guidance to "execute" on your goals..

In order to maintain your new body composition and lifestyle, we transition out of a fat loss phase, instead focusing on implementing balance into your journey. We'll gradually increase your calories to maintain your weight loss while helping you develop the skills to make healthy choices without tracking your food.
Most importantly, once you’ve reached your fat loss goals, I teach you how to SUSTAIN your results long-term by implementing mindful eating and helping you to create balance so you can enjoy your strong, confident, and Sustainably Healthy self for the rest of your life.

Hi, I'm Knica Lee!
My own fitness journey inspired me to help others find a sustainable approach toward becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
It all started when I became a single mother at 18. I had no idea where to start with my health, but I knew that to be the best mom for my son, I needed to make a change.
After years of trying diets and restrictive challenges, I thought I had "made it" when I finally had visible abs and my weight was at an all-time low. But to maintain that physique, I had to sacrifice social outings, foods I loved, and work out seven days a week.
The moment I took a break from that lifestyle, I found myself binge eating and feeling like a failure.
I realized that what I was doing wasn't sustainable, and that’s when I committed to a Sustainably Healthy lifestyle.
Now, I feel confident in my body, no matter what the scale says. I don’t restrict myself from the foods I love, but I make choices that fuel and energize me. I also focus on workouts that I enjoy, without unrealistic expectations or pressure to hit a certain number of days.
I've found true health, and now I help other women do the same—to look and feel confident, strong, and Sustainably Healthy for life.
