❓ Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

👉 Nope! We teach flexible nutrition, so you can eat foods you enjoy while hitting your goals. We provide macro guidance, meal ideas, and strategies to make it easy

❓ Do I have to track macros?

👉 For your first month, we do require you to track your food, but after 30 days, you unlock the “balanced plate method”, where you can take photos of your balanced plate instead of tracking your meals in an app!

❓ I’m really busy… will I actually have time for this?

👉 100%. We designed this for busy women who don’t have hours to spend in the gym or prepping food. The focus is on small, realistic habits that fit into your schedule

👉 No! While many women see fat loss, our main goal is building sustainable habits, gaining strength, increasing energy, and feeling your best—no matter your goal.
